Dr. Sam Works collects the information you choose to send through our request form or Business Snapshot questionnaire so we can understand your needs and respond.
What you submit
Depending on the form, this may include your title, name, business name, email address, phone number, location, selected topics, and description of your request. If you opt in to occasional tips, we record that choice separately.
How we use it
- Review your question and suggest useful next steps.
- Contact you about the inquiry you submitted.
- Keep a record of inquiries and follow-up in our business systems.
- Send occasional updates only if you separately opt in, once that service is available.
Where it goes
Website forms are processed through Cloudflare and stored in a restricted business database. We do not make customer submissions publicly searchable or sell submitted inquiry details to advertisers. Service providers may process information to operate the website and communications.
Games and theme preference
Sam's Breakroom saves game personal best scores and your light or dark theme preference in your own browser. No Breakroom account is required.
Your choices
To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or change your email preferences, contact hello@drsam.works.
One important request
Please do not submit passwords, account credentials, financial account numbers, sensitive customer records, or other confidential material through these forms. We can arrange a more appropriate way to handle sensitive information if needed.
